Inspired by the shape of a lotus bud, this skyscraper features a helipad jutting out from its side like a petal about to unfold.

The cantilevered helipad on the 52nd floor became one of the most recognizable architectural features in Southeast Asia. It was the tallest building in Vietnam until Landmark 81 surpassed it in 2018.
