This Dubai tower aims to become the world's second tallest building, rising in the heart of the city's newest district.

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower will feature a mix of luxury residences, a hotel, and observation decks. Developer Azizi announced the project in 2023 with a target completion around 2028.
