Designed by Santiago Calatrava, this observation tower was intended to surpass the Burj Khalifa and become the centrepiece of a new waterfront district.

Announced in 2016 with a target of 1,345m, the cable-stayed structure was inspired by a lily flower. Construction began in 2017 but has been on hold since 2020. The project's future remains uncertain.
