Rising in western China's largest city, this twisting supertall brings a dramatic new silhouette to a skyline surrounded by mountains and pandas.

Designed by Smith + Gill with a 12-degree twisting form, the tower was topped out in 2023. When fully completed it will be the tallest building in western China and house offices, a hotel, and observation decks.
