A 16-storey concrete oddity rising beside Interstate 81 in rural Pennsylvania, built by one man who sank over $2 million into his vision before going bankrupt.

Built by John Hall as a personal mansion and office building, the structure was never completed and has stood abandoned since the mid-1990s. Locals call it "Hall's Folly." It remains one of the strangest landmarks visible from I-81 near Mechanicsburg.
