The tallest tower in Iran and sixth tallest in the world, its octagonal head pod is inspired by traditional Persian architecture.

The head structure alone is 12 stories tall, containing restaurants, a gallery, and an observation deck. It took 11 years to complete, from 1996 to 2007.
