A Japanese concept for a tower nearly two kilometres tall — a vertical city housing hundreds of thousands of people in Tokyo Bay.

Proposed by Kohn Pedersen Fox for the "Next Tokyo" project in 2016. The hexagonal supertall would stand in Tokyo Bay, powered by algae fuel, and house 55,000 residents in a self-contained vertical city. No construction timeline has been announced.
